Laboratory Employee (m, f, d)

Region: 69181 Leimen, Job type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated team member to provide hands-on laboratory support for HPLC method development and method transfer.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of analytical methods
• GMP-compliant documentation and evaluation of results
• Organizing materials and setting up laboratory equipment to perform timely analyses
• Reporting and documentation of deviations and OOS results
• Taking responsibility for laboratory equipment to ensure maintained and qualified status
• Development of new test methods and test method validation according to study/validation plans
• Carrying out general laboratory activities such as replenishing supplies, cleaning instruments and calibrating on a regular basis.
• Reagents and solutions preparation

Your profile:

• Successfully completed BTA, PTA or CTA training, or a comparable qualification
• Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken.
• At least two years of professional experience in a quality control role or a comparable laboratory environment
• Practical experience in the field of chromatographic protein characterization (e.g. peptide mapping, CEX, SEC, HIC).
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• A careful and accurate way of working
• Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) experience is preferred
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an advantage

We are seeking a motivated team member to provide practical support in the laboratory for method development and method transfers.

Your responsibilities:

• Sample preparation and analysis
• Assistance with routine analysis
• Assistance in the development, validation and transfer of test methods
• Documentation and interpretation of analytical results
• Supporting the team in day-to-day laboratory activities

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a scientific degree program, such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology
• First laboratory experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis are advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility and quick comprehension skills
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment
• Proficient in German and English
• Confident in using MS Office applications
